Yesterday Island

Winner of the Audience Award for Best Comedy from The Austin Film Festival

A midnight phone call from a friend asking for a favour leads a failed writer to be trapped on a surreal subantarctic island, with darkly comedic consequences.

When failed novelist Amos (Ivan Aristeguieta) agrees to mind his friend's research station on a remote island for just one day, he expects solitude and a chance to break his writer's block.

A quirky dark comedy about second chances, petty revenge, and the ultimate importance of forgiveness.

Written and Directed by Sam Voutas and starring comedian Ivan Aristeguieta in his breakthrough role, Yesterday Island is a film that you will want to see again and again and again.
